I've tried to apply for a loan, but it keeps telling me to log in! I don't remember having an account...

If during your loan search you're asked to log in, it means you have applied with us before, and we've created an account for you. It's all for your benefit, so you don't need to fill in long forms again and again! All you need to do is visit the login page and click the forgotten password link. We'll send you a password reset email, you click the link, pick a password, and voila! You can continue your loan search without filling the form in again. Not to mention all the other cool stuff that's waiting for you inside your member's area. :)

I've forgotten my password. What can I do?

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Visit the login page (you need to log out for this), click the "oops, I've forgotten my password" link below the password field, and we'll send you a password reset email. Easy peasy!

I didn't request a password reset. Why did I receive a password reset email?

You received this email because someone has requested a password reset for your account. For this to happen, all they need to know is your email address. So don't worry, if it wasn't you, just ignore the email - your information is safe. If you want to be more careful, to make sure nobody has access to your emails, we would suggest you change the password for your email account.

How can I update my information?

Click on "My Account" or your figurine icon to view all your details. For each section, you'll see an edit button that will take you to the short form where you can edit your information and save the changes to your account.

Can I change my email address?

No, you can't. Your account is identified by your email address.

Can I change my phone number?

Yes, you can. Same way as changing your other details (see the question "How can I update my information?").

How can I change my password?

If you remember your current password, you can change it by visiting the "My Account" page, and clicking the edit button on the password section. It will ask you to input your current password, then your new password twice. If you want to change your password because you forgot your current one, please see the answer to the "I've forgotten my password. What can I do?" question above.

Can I use the same email address for multiple accounts?

No, you can't. We identify your account by your email address, so when you'll try to register with it, we will recognise it and ask you to log in instead.

How can I log out of Loanza?

You can log out of Loanza by clicking the "Log Out" button on the bottom of the "My Account" page, or the "Log Out" button in the menu.

Can I unsubscribe from Loanza marketing emails?

Yes, you can. There will be different kinds of updates you'll receive from us, and you'll be able to unsubscribe from each type separately by clicking the relevant link in the email. For instance, you can unsubscribe from offer updates only and still receive news and updates. If you wish to unsubscribe from all email communications from Loanza, you can just hit the Unsubscribe link in any of the emails you've received.

Can I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, please contact us through the contact form, select subject line Customer Care and in the message, just ask for your account to be deleted. If you will, please share with us the reason you'd like to leave us - however, it's not necessary. Your account will be deleted within 35 days.

How do I view and manage my data?

You can access and manage your data, such as your personal information, order history and communication preferences, in your account.
