The Company's services include, but are not limited to, advertising other companies' credit offerings and effecting introductions between potential borrowers and lenders or other credit brokers in respect of secured and unsecured loans (the "Services"). In order to request a consumer credit loan from a selection of lenders, the Company invites you to complete an Application Form and transmits this completed Application Form to lenders and/or third parties (the "Advertising Partners").

4.2. The Company does not guarantee that completing an Application Form will result in you receiving a loan offer. Your request is not an application for credit from a specific lender or lenders but an expression of your interest in such products. Individual lenders may require you to complete their own application process and are solely responsible for deciding whether and on what terms to lend to you. Any examples of loan terms on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

Credit Checking

When you search for a loan with us, a soft search (i.e. check to determine how likely you will be able to repay the credit) will be carried out on your credit file to match you with the most suitable lender(s) or broker(s) ("Partners") on the panel.

A soft credit search allows your identity and creditworthiness to be checked, allowing us to match you with the most suitable partners on our panel.

Our Partners may also carry out a soft search to assess your eligibility for the product you are applying for. These searches will only be visible to you and they will not affect your credit rating.

If your loan search is successful, you will either be re-directed immediately to a Partner's website to complete your application, or we may present you with loan offers that you could be eligible for. If you continue with any of these offers, you will then be taken to our Partner's website to complete your application.

In all cases, our Partners will provide you with the terms and conditions for your loan offer. You should also ensure that you read their Privacy Policy as we are not responsible for how they use your personal information. Our Privacy Policy only explains how we will process your information. If you proceed with your application, they will also carry out their own identity and validation checks (such as fraud prevention checks, affordability assessment and credit application checks), following their own criteria. Any full credit check, (also known as a "hard" search), carried out by any of our Partners will be visible on your credit file to any other lender in the future.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you are providing is correct and accurate.

6. Third party Websites

6.1 You are not entitled (nor will you assist others) to set up links from your own websites to the Website (whether by hypertext linking, deep-linking, framing, toggling or otherwise) without our prior written consent, which we may grant or withhold at our absolute discretion. You are also not entitled to direct link (also known as "Hot Link") any images or content without our prior written authorisation.

6.2 Links on the Website are provided to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply reliability and we do not necessarily endorse any pages linked to the Website. Accordingly, you should read the terms and conditions of those websites before using them and direct any questions or comments about the linked website's contents to the relevant website provider. Links contained in the Website might lead to other websites not under our control, and we accept no liability for the content or availability of any linked site which is not operated by us or any link contained in a linked site not operated by us.

7. Internet and Marketing

7.1 Cookies are files that identify your computer to our server. Cookies in themselves do not identify the individual user, just the computer used. Many sites do this whenever a user visits their site in order to track traffic flows. The Website makes use of cookies. Cookies themselves only record those areas of the site that have been visited by the computer and for how long. You may prevent the use of cookies by configuring your web browser accordingly, but please note that this may hinder some of the Website functionality.

7.2 Messages sent over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure as they are subject to possible interception or loss or possible alteration. We are not responsible for any message lost, intercepted or altered by third parties and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any message sent by you to us or any message sent by us to you over the Internet.

7.3 SGNL uses individual information to provide promotional offers by post, email, SMS and telephone to individuals. Promotional offers include third party marketing messages as well as advertising from partners and affiliates of SGNL. SGNL may maintain separate marketing lists for different purposes. If recipients wish to end their marketing subscription from a particular list and/or to unsubscribe from all SGNL marketing lists, they need to follow the instructions at the end of each marketing message to unsubscribe.

7.4 The SGNL unsubscribe process impacts only the future delivery of electronic mailings disseminated by SGNL on its own behalf. You may still receive electronic mailings sent on behalf of Third Parties and your personal information may still be shared with Third Parties for use in offline marketing and data appends, including marketing appends.

7.5 You should also note that unsubscribing from SGNL electronic mailings will not automatically unsubscribe the subscriber's information from any Third Party business associates and licensees of the data. Since Third Party associates and licensee partners maintain separate databases from SGNL, you will need to unsubscribe from each source individually, if desired. This allows you the freedom to pick and choose which subscriptions to maintain and which to discontinue.

8.1 You may temporarily store extracts, imprint, copy or download from our Website for your personal information or when you use our products and services. You may not republish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise make such information or pages available to any other party or available on any website, online service or bulletin board of your own or of any other party or make the same available in hard copy or on any other media without our express prior written consent.
